Owner, Caesar Bijou prior to moving to Los Angeles in 1986, had over 14 years experience in the construction of residential, commercial and Federal Government 8A contracts in Louisiana. Caesar has been involved in real estate development, construction of Movie Sets, Facades and Backlot buildings for the Motion Picture Industry. Construction contracting of residential and commercial building for over 30 years in Southern California. We are in position to provide these services in California, Louisiana, New York, North Carolina and Georgia. 

On June 10, 2023, Caesar was called upon to Coordinate the Stage and Event build at The South Lawn Whitehouse Juneteenth Celabration. The 1st Juneteenth celebration after it was proclaimed a National Holiday.

Caesar Bijou is one of the few if not the only Licensed General Contractor and local 44 Union Construction Coordinator in Southern California on record. This enables Caesar to not only work on locations for productions; but also to legally build additions and facades that can permanently remain. Caesar can also obtain permits for alterations and restorations to remain as part of location buildups and changes. When the New York St re-build was awarded to Local 44, Caesar provided the consulting and alternative applications as needed in order to meet code requirements for the inspections to obtain public access and public occupancy.  Caesar, Jared and  Michael Bijou played an intricate part in the  major re-build of 2009 - 2010 at the Universal Studios New York Street Backlot in Hollywood. Caesar as the Construction Coordinator and Budget Controller, Michael as a backlot foreman and Jared as a lead carpenter.

We are a coast to coast service company provider that covers all facets of construction under one umbrella that is rarely available. We have the ability to pull from several work pools to overcome any obstacles that our customers may encounter. Our workforce was recently called upon to assist Investors in numerous custom homesites in Southern California. Caesar was the project consultant and framing contractor for 2 houses for Sutton LLC in Sherman Oaks, 2 home for MDM Builders in Encino and West Los Angeles.1 home for Sanco Engineering in Encino. Caesar was the  framer, finisher and project manager for Canaan Investment LLC. Caesar was part of the development team for 3 homes in Westchester, 2 in Hollywood, and 3 homes in Morton Park. WJK Development out of Orange County has called upon Caesar in the past 3 years to provide consultation and supervision for foundations, framing and finishing for 6 custom homes on Amherst in West LA, 5 homes in West LA and 1 in Santa Monica.In addition for RCI has used the services of Caesar in the capacity of providing foundation retrofitting, steel fabrication and erection for custom homes in Hollywood Hills and Pacific Palisades.
